MORE ON MINDFULNESS:
Mindfulness refers to the concept of developing awareness in the present moment, without judging or evaluating your experience.
By training in Mindfulness, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our minds regardless of external
circumstances. Mindfulness helps us to strengthen our connection with the present moment, by developing the ability to notice when
our thoughts have pulled us away, into the past or into the future.
