M.M.C. SESSION INTRODUCTION
The "My Mindfulness Community" sessions, will be a work in process. Meaning that the goal will be to provide the most helpful Topics
& Practices, in our everyday lives. The group will help determine what is offered in the monthly sessions.

BASIC OUTLINE
The evening will start at 6:30 with 3 mindfulness practices:

* Walking Meditation
* Body Scanning
* Sitting Meditation

(This allows the body to relax and the mind to calm down.)

Next we have a social  break with some cookies, yogurt, apples, bottled water etc.
Then being more grounded and open to new ideas, we will have a mindfulness topic of discussion.
Example working with the basic emotions of:
* Fear
* Anger
* Sadness
* Judgmentalness
* LOVE

The evening will end at 8:30 with a guided self care meditation. This can be  followed by more social time for those who would like to
stay and chat.

BETWEEN GATHERINGS:
* Each month new meditations and new study topics will be introduced.
* We will be encouraged to continue our favorite mindfulness practices on a daily bases until we meet again.
* A Stress Reduction- Tips and Topics E news letter will be sent out mid month to help support our  individual practices.
* Also we can choose a Practice Partner to be in touch with to see our practices are going and help keep the practice alive and fun.
